You should be able to get jobs while looking like this, or having these things on your body. I don’t think jobs should be about appearance, unless the job description specifies it [Model, actress, etc].
For example: If you’re trying to get a job as a secretary, or as an accountant, or a nurse, or anything else professional, interviewers shouldn’t focus on looks.
This is speaking strictly on the fact that the way you look is correspondent with the dress code [Clothes], and is not a safety hazard for anybody.
I know that it probably will never happen, but I just think that people should hire for skill, not for looks.

Supposedly its being put in the equal opportunity for work clause.
There’s no reason not to hire someone because they’re correctly modified.  Now, if someone is covered in extremely bad scratcher tattoos, self done piercings, and blown out lobes, then no. They shouldn’t be hired because that reflects a lot on them in general (like their intelligence and what they’re willing to put in to something).
Obviously when acting you need to look a certain way because you’re being chosen to fit a part. And modeling, each company wants different things (a company that sells gold stud earrings is clearly not going to hire someone with stretched lobes as an earring model)
But if my job is based on intelligence and skill, you have no right to discriminate against me. Being modified has not ever and will not ever effect my intelligence.  ”Oh it’ll make people uncomfortable!”. Yes, and someone could be racist and be ‘uncomfortable’ because of a black person working, does that mean we can discriminate against them? A Christian extremist can be ‘uncomfortable’ because a Jewish person is working, so we shouldn’t hire them either, right? Why should MY comfort, which I have to deal with forever, be compromised because of someone else’s comfort who only has to see me for a short while.
An employer telling their employee that their looks need to be changed isn’t right. Would it be considered right if they were telling an overweight man that he NEEDS to lose weight or he’ll be fired? What if they’re telling a woman that she NEEDS to dye her hair from brown to blonde? Why should that employer have rights to my body?
And no, it doesn’t make me immature. I will be modified for my whole life. I don’t need to ‘grow out of it’ or ‘hit a point in my life when I know its time to stop’,
And that, my friends, is merely part of my modification rant.

Manueluv and I are convinced Agent K is Coulson’s father. Hell, MIB is even owned by Marvel.

Chris Evans would say ‘Avengers Assemble’ behind the scenes to call out the rest of cast via text message to hang out off the set. Clark Gregg (Agent Phil Coulson) stated that this was his favorite text message ever sent to him.
